Cancellation

You may cancel subscriptions or projects by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle or project milestone.

For custom software projects, cancellation is governed by your contract terms.

Refunds

  • Refunds are given only if services are faulty or not delivered as promised.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery or billing.
  • No refunds for services fully delivered and accepted.
  • Partial refunds considered case-by-case.
